Golden Lane Capital Advisors LLC (GLCA) is a private advisory and investment firm founded by Gennaro Lanzetta in 2015.

Gennaro Lanzetta is a senior professional and business executive with extensive experience in the financial services, insurance, health care and pharmaceutical sectors. From 2017-2020, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Delegate of the Board of Directors of the Vista Group in Switzerland and arranged the sale of the eye clinic group to Nordic Capital in 2019. He also serves on several Boards of Directors of private companies advising on growth and performance transformations. Since 2015 with GLCA, he advises on, arranges for and invests in private equity deals with focus on Swiss medium-sized companies, and executes capital raisings for startups and early-stage biotech and internet companies. In 2013, he joined Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. in Zurich covering the investment banking needs of Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients and as responsible for the integration of a bank acquisition in Switzerland. In 2007, he joined the Financial Institutions Group of Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. in London as an investment banker and during the financial crisis executing on major capital raisings, M&A and balance sheet restructurings of leading financial institutions in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Belgium. From 2000-2007, he worked with McKinsey & Co. Inc. Switzerland in Zurich as a management consultant serving international banking, insurers, reinsurance and pharmaceutical clients in corporate strategy, financial and balance-sheet restructurings, capital raisings, patent pipeline management, reinsurance underwriting, risk management, re-organizations and performance transformation programs. Gennaro Lanzetta holds an MBA with Distinctions from INSEAD (Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires) in Singapore and Paris, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, with focus on Information Theory, Signal Processing, Cryptography, Computer Science and Networks.
